if you read the bible without someone telling you what it says... it plainly shows that god did nothing to CAUSE Adam to die. What it happen was that Adam and Eve were cut off from the tree of life which apparently had the ability to Artifically extend their life as long as the ate of it... this of course must be ignored and distorted to come up with the original sin lie that is perpetuated.

by JH insome people, even if they hear the facts, will still remain jw's.
you can talk about all the wrongdoings the watchtower did in the past, as well as all the flip flops they made throughout the years, and still, most remain blind to this.. a few, on the other hand, will start to question their faith and put it to test.. what makes a person lean on one side, rather than on the other ?.

some are more easily hypnotized than others... it has a lot to do with trust. you cannot break free of the hypnotic trance until you stop trusting the hypnotist[s]. JWs lock people in and warn against TRUSTING anyone else. the enemy is all around, even members of your own family, etc... NEVER trust apostates. unlike brainwashing, hypnosis is always voluntary on some level, the desire to be CONviNcED is very powerful.

JWs can spin anything... and just because the pedophile issue has not indicted average joe catholics, do you think the church policy for confessional revelations of child molestation were to report dutifully to the authorities? if you do you are basically totally ignorant of catholic dogma and practice. I am sure the scandals of priests have drawn people's attention like a magnet and made them over look this simple truth, the catholic's do not reveal what is said in confession any more than JWs

Jehovah's Witnesses Celebrates Thanksgiving
by Wordly Andre inevery year we (non-jw family) have thanksgiving at my grandma's house, all the jw family comes over on friday to eat left overs or take a plate home.
ok i think i've posted before on here about how thats a load of crap, it's still thanksgiving dinner no matter what.
i just heard that a family member who is the family jw nazi, is coming to my grandma's on thanksgiving day!!
